Are there any limitations on the text I can include with my custom car design?

While we do our best to accommodate all customization requests, there are some limitations on the text that can accompany your design. For instance, any requests containing vulgar text is not permitted and will be turned down.


Can I incorporate logos of my car into my custom design?

Unfortunately due to copyright, we cannot add any logos or official names of any car brand, make, or model.


Can I request edits to my design?

Yes! Once you’ve received a digital rendering of your design, you’ll have the opportunity to request any edits, so you can rest assured you’ll be left with a finished design you’ll absolutely love.


Do you accept bulk orders?

Absolutely! If you have questions about bulk orders or would like to place an order, feel free to email us at info@filthycleanapparel.com!


How long does the customization process take?

Because each item we create is hand-made, we ask that you allow between two to three weeks for your custom order to be completed. In some rare cases, the process may be slightly longer.


What is the return policy for custom apparel?

Due to the unique nature of our custom apparel, only items that are defected due to an error on our end are eligible for refunds.
